Provide youth organizations with Advisory and Consulting support in critical focus areas to support volunteer board members and staff which allows Clubs to focus on the players, families and game.
Provide established relationships and partnership opportunities to support the overall business operations of the organization.
Provide best practices, collaboration and governess guidelines to ensure the club is set up for technical, administrative and community success.
Provide a collaborative approach to support the organizational mission to ensure the clubs visions, values and goals are aligned for all players and families.
Provide support for efforts related to Financial Management, Fundraising and Sponsorship programs, Websites and Registration, Social Media and Marketing to ensure the club is maximizing revenue to support the organization and families.
Ensure the Club has a Pathway for Players, Families, Partners, Coaches and Volunteers to be part of the club. Ensure there are metrics and standards for players, families, coaches, staff and board members. Ensure the club is giving back and involved in the community.
